Where we ship
We currently accept orders for delivery within the United States only. Available delivery locations are determined at checkout.

Processing and production
Our products are made to order. Most orders are produced and shipped within 2–7 business days, but production may take longer during busy periods or if a product is temporarily unavailable. Production time is separate from the time a carrier takes to deliver your package.

Shipping costs and delivery estimates
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you place your order. Delivery estimates are approximate and may change because of carrier delays or other circumstances outside our control. We cannot guarantee delivery by a particular date.

Tracking and multiple packages
When tracking information is available, we’ll send it to the email address provided with your order. Items in the same order may be made by different production partners and arrive in separate packages.

Shipping issues
If your order appears lost, arrives damaged, or contains the wrong item, please contact us at ipis73@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. For damage or an incorrect item, please include clear photos so we can help resolve it.
